• To provide you with an offer, we need the shape, size, quantity, and your logo. 
• Once the costs and process are clear we check the feasibility of your design. You will receive a layout for feasibility review (P-layout).
• Once you approve it, we will issue a written invoice.
• A 50% deposit is required at this stage.
• Upon receipt of the deposit, production will begin.
• After approximately 4–5 weeks, the products will be ready for shipping.
• Before delivery, the remaining 50% balance must be paid and the jewelry tags will be delivered to your business.

Shapes and sizes are only restricted by the technical limitations. We check your ideas before we go into production, no cost to you. The size can also be adjusted according to your wishes.

We do not charge extra for more letters. We will engrave as many letters as you would like to see engraved, or can fit on the tag. We can engrave any logo and font as long as it is technically possible. 

Outside of Austria, shipping cost depends on location on size and weight of the parcel. The cost will be confirmed on our quotation.

No, for technical reasons and cost, this is not possible.

300 pieces. Every order is for one logo. It is not possible to order 300 tags with two or more different logos. The prices are tiered at 300 / 500 / 1,000 pieces.

We only accept bank transfers.

Because each tag is custom made, all sales are final.

After you pay the deposit for your order, production starts. Delivery usually takes 4-6 weeks.
